FOBH AGM 3rd February 2024

Our 60th Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, 3rd February at 10.30am at the Box Hill Village Hall, Box Hill Road, KT20 7JT. We look forward to seeing as many members as possible at this event.

Non-members are also welcome to attend the AGM to see if you would like to join but will not be able to vote.  You are of course very welcome to join the Friends at any time.

Could anyone who intends coming along please email Lyn Richards.

Please note the new venue as our usual venue, the Templeton Room at Juniper Hall, is not available for meetings due to a problem with the ceiling. You will find the Box Hill Village Hall about one mile east of the NT Box Hill Centre along the Box Hill Road on your right.  The Car Park is behind it.  For anyone who wants to use public transport the 21 bus leaves the White Horse in Dorking at 10.06 and will arrive at a bus stop approx. 100 metres before the Village Hall at 10.25am.

This year Federico Ghittoni, the NT Surrey Hills Lead Ranger will focus the NT Countryside Presentation on Woodland Management at Box Hill and this will lead into a presentation by Mary Stewart–Jones and Pip Wood from the Surrey Dormouse Group on the Ecology and Population of Dormice on Box Hill.
