SUMMARY:Birdsong Walk
DESCRIPTION:Nick Unwin will take us on a walk on Box Hill to see what birds are around and help us identify their songs. The walk will start from the Information Pentagon outside the shop and go wherever the birds lead us. It will be a reasonably gentle walk but may involve going part way down and up a slope. An early start should increase the chance of seeing and hearing more birds\, and we can return for coffee and cake in the shop. Binoculars may be useful. No dogs please. There will be a limited number of places on this walk to ensure we can hear well.

SUMMARY:Birdsong Walk
DESCRIPTION:Nick Unwin will lead a birdsong walk on Sunday March 20th at 7.00am
. This year we will explore parts of Headley Heath to see what birds are around and help us to identify their songs. We tend to go where the birds lead us so we could be walking up and down some slopes. Good footwear will be needed and binoculars could be useful\, but no dogs please. \nWe will meet in Brimmer Car Park in Headley Common Lane\, the first car park you would come to if you are approaching from the Box Hill direction. \nPlease let Lyn Richards (lyn@mra.uk.net) know if you are intending to come as we restrict numbers for this walk.
